Account Deletion Policy

EvoloConnect respects the privacy and control of its users. This page explains how users can request deletion of their EvoloConnect account and associated personal data.

Users of the EvoloConnect mobile application have the right to request permanent deletion of their account and related personal information at any time.

Users can request account deletion through one of the following methods:

Option 1 — Inside the Mobile App

Users can navigate to:

Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account

Once the request is submitted, the account deletion process will begin.

Option 2 — Email Request

Users may also request account deletion by contacting our support team. Send an email to contact@evoloconnect.com with the following details:

• Registered mobile number
• Reason for deletion (optional)

Our team will process the request within a reasonable timeframe.

When an account deletion request is processed:

• Your EvoloConnect account will be permanently removed
• Access to the mobile application will be revoked
• Personal profile information will be deleted
• Associated stickers will be deactivated
• Notification history will be removed

Once deletion is completed, the account cannot be restored.

Certain limited information may be retained for legal, regulatory, or security purposes. This may include:

• Transaction records for purchases
• Fraud prevention records
• Compliance logs required by law

Such retained data will only be stored for the minimum period required and will not be used for marketing purposes.

EvoloConnect may rely on trusted third-party service providers to operate parts of the platform, such as payment processing and notification delivery.

Deletion of your EvoloConnect account will not automatically remove data stored with third-party services that are required for legal or financial record keeping.
