Account Information: When you register for the EvoloConnect mobile application, we collect your name, phone number, and email address. This information is required to create your account, link QR tags to your profile, and send you alert notifications.

Asset Information: You may provide details about your vehicles or belongings, including vehicle type, registration number, and the specific QR tag linked to each asset.

Emergency Contact Information: You may add emergency contacts (name and phone number) who will be notified if you do not respond to an alert within the configured timeout period.

Alert Data: When a helper scans your QR tag, we collect the reason for the scan, the helper's optional message, and optionally their GPS coordinates (only if voluntarily shared by the helper). This data is used to deliver the alert notification to you.

Contact Form Data: When you submit a message through our website contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and message content.

Device Information: We collect device tokens for push notification delivery. We do not collect device identifiers for advertising or tracking purposes.

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver alert notifications when your QR tag is scanned
• Enable privacy-protected communication between helpers and vehicle owners
• Send SMS notifications to your emergency contacts when alerts are not acknowledged within the configured timeout
• Facilitate secure communication between users without exposing personal contact details
• Respond to your contact form submissions and support requests
• Improve and maintain the EvoloConnect platform and ensure service reliability

Protecting your phone number is central to the EvoloConnect system. We implement the following safeguards:

• No phone number exposure: Your phone number is never displayed to the person who scans your QR tag. The helper interacts with you exclusively through the EvoloConnect platform.
• Private communication: EvoloConnect enables secure communication between helpers and vehicle owners through alerts, notifications, and system-initiated calls without exposing personal contact details.
• Secure alert tokens: Each alert uses a cryptographically secure, random token. Alert links do not contain sequential IDs or any guessable patterns.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

• Encryption of data in transit using TLS/HTTPS
• Secure storage of sensitive data with access controls
• Rate limiting on alert creation to prevent abuse
• Regular security reviews of our systems and infrastructure
