Terms of Service

By accessing or using the EvoloConnect platform — including the EvoloConnect mobile application, the EvoloConnect website (https://evoloconnect.com), and EvoloConnect QR safety tags — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Evolo Systems Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the EvoloConnect platform. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements described above.

EvoloConnect provides a QR-based safety tag system that enables privacy-protected communication between vehicle owners and bystanders. The platform includes:

• QR Safety Tags: Physical tags with unique QR codes that are placed on vehicles, helmets, and personal belongings. When scanned, these tags open a web-based helper page that allows the scanner to report issues without requiring any app installation.
• Mobile Application: The EvoloConnect app (available on iOS and Android) allows you to register, activate tags, receive alert notifications, manage your assets, configure emergency contacts, and communicate with helpers through privacy-protected channels.
• Website: The EvoloConnect website provides information about our products and services, and hosts the helper pages that open when QR tags are scanned.
• Alert System: When a QR tag is scanned, the system delivers push notifications to the tag owner, and if not acknowledged, escalates via SMS to the owner and their emergency contacts.
• Private Communication: Communication between helpers and owners is handled securely so that neither party's personal contact details are exposed.

To use certain features of the EvoloConnect platform, you must create an account through the mobile application. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including a valid phone number and email address
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and not share them with others
• Keep your contact information updated so that alert notifications can reach you reliably
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately at contact@evoloconnect.com.

As a user of EvoloConnect, you agree not to:

• Misuse the alert system by sending false or spam alerts
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or abuse other users or helpers
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the EvoloConnect platform, its APIs, or QR tag encoding
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction

EvoloConnect QR safety tags are intended for legitimate asset protection purposes only. You agree that you will:

• Only attach tags to assets that you own or have authorization to protect
• Not use tags for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
• Not misuse the tag system to track, monitor, or harass any individual
• Not remove, alter, or tamper with tags placed on another person's assets

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

The EvoloConnect platform — including its software, website, mobile application, branding, logos, QR tag designs, and all related technology — is the intellectual property of Evolo Systems Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

By using our services, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the EvoloConnect platform for its intended purpose. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the platform or its underlying technology.

The EvoloConnect platform relies on third-party infrastructure to deliver its services, including:

• SMS delivery providers for alert escalation
• Push notification services for real-time alerts
• Communication providers for secure and privacy-protected alert notifications and voice interactions
• Cloud infrastructure for data storage and processing

Evolo Systems Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for service outages, delays, or failures caused by third-party providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

EvoloConnect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to deliver reliable alert notifications and communication services, we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service availability
• Timely delivery of push notifications or SMS messages (which depend on third-party network infrastructure)
• That all QR tag scans will result in successful alert delivery
• The accuracy of location data shared by helpers (which is voluntarily provided and subject to GPS accuracy)
• Prevention of theft, damage, or loss of your assets

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Evolo Systems Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of property, vehicle damage, personal injury, or failure to receive timely notifications.

EvoloConnect is a communication tool designed to facilitate contact between vehicle owners and bystanders. It does not replace professional security systems, insurance, law enforcement, or emergency services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the EvoloConnect platform at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to features, functionality, pricing, and availability.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that may affect your use of the service. Your continued use of the platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the EvoloConnect platform at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You misuse the alert system or engage in abusive behavior
• Your account is involved in fraudulent or illegal activity
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority

You may deactivate your account at any time through the EvoloConnect mobile application. Upon deactivation, your QR tags will become inactive and will no longer generate alerts.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or the EvoloConnect platform. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the EvoloConnect platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the EvoloConnect platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
