Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction
EvoloConnect QR safety tags are physical products sold with lifetime service included. Each tag is a one-time purchase that provides ongoing access to the EvoloConnect alert, notification, and privacy-protected communication platform.
This policy explains the conditions under which refunds, replacements, and order cancellations may be issued by Evolo Systems Pvt. Ltd..
2. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@evoloconnect.com with your order details. We will confirm the cancellation if the order has not yet been shipped.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:
- The order was cancelled before shipment
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- An incorrect product was delivered
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Tags that have already been activated in the EvoloConnect mobile application
- Normal wear and tear of the physical tag after use
4. Replacement Policy
We may provide a replacement tag if:
- The tag arrives physically damaged or in unusable condition
- The QR code printed on the tag is unreadable upon delivery
To request a replacement, please contact us at contact@evoloconnect.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order details and a photograph of the damaged or defective tag.
5. Processing Time
Once a refund has been approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take 5–10 business days.
We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated from our end.
