Attach QR Tag
Place an EvoloConnect QR safety tag on your vehicle windshield, bike frame, or inside your helmet. Each tag contains a unique QR code linked to your account.
Tags are weatherproof, UV-resistant, and designed to last. They use industrial-grade adhesive that holds firmly on any surface — glass, metal, or plastic.
Someone Scans Your Tag
If someone spots an issue with your parked vehicle — lights left on, being towed, or an accident — they scan the QR code using their phone camera.
No app download needed for the helper. The tag opens a mobile-optimized web page where the helper can report the issue, share their location, and send a message.
Helper Reports the Issue
The helper selects the reason for scanning (e.g., lights on, towing, accident), types a message, and optionally shares their live location — all without seeing your phone number.
Everything the helper submits — reason, message, and location — is anonymised before it reaches you. Your phone number is never visible to the helper at any point.
Owner Gets Notified
The moment a scan happens, you receive an instant push notification with the full alert details — reason, helper's message, and location on a map.
If the alert is not acknowledged, EvoloConnect automatically escalates — first with an SMS to your registered number, then with an automated voice call where a pre-recorded message plays when you pick up. For critical and emergency alerts, the voice call is placed immediately without waiting.
Emergency Contact Escalation
If the alert remains unacknowledged, EvoloConnect automatically notifies your emergency contacts via SMS — with the full alert details and location — so they can act on your behalf.
